I used Custom Mortgage for my first mortgage and I will never go anywhere else for future ones. I tried the big banks (Bank of America, Rockland Trust, etc....) and all I got from them was a five minute phone call and one loan option. Custom Mortgage took a whole different approach, I worked with loan officer Ed O'Neil and he took all my info and got back to me with 4 different loan options for me choose what was best for me. Custom Mortgage is the way to go if your looking for best mortgage options for you.
