This company is unprofessional, and I personally would not recommend their services to anyone. They are disrespectful to homeowners who contact them. They refuse to return phone calls or provide vital documents requested. I would strongly encourage anyone else who has dealt with this company, and experienced these issues as well to file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and Lisa Madigan's office.
