Poor work, HUGE MESS INSIDE MY HOME!! We hired them to clean, tuck-point & reconstruct chimney top. While working, they dropped a large piece of concrete down the chimney which sent an ash ball into my house that traveled to every room on every level. ASH EVERYWHERE!! EVERYWHERE!!!! I feel the crew leader and owner were rude and defensive. They never bothered to block the fireplace opening inside my living room before they started. The next day I rejected the first cleaning crew they sent based on no experience with soot damage. The bricks on the new portion of the chimney do not match the old bricks. They only tuck-pointed one side of the chimney (and did not clean the mortar off the face of the brick), claiming that tuck-pointing all sides of the chimney was not part of the “tuck-point the chimney” agreement. The second cleaning crew they sent was no better than the first. I contacted ServiceMaster. I now have a $6500 cleaning bill, Chimney Master walked off the job and my homeowners insurance will only pay to clean the structure-no furniture, drapes etc
