I hired this company to do an eviction for me. First off , this is not even a legitimate company. I should have been alerted by the PO Box being used as an business address. I initially spoke with Tonya Smith, the owner of the company( Fake). She explained to me the process. I told her that I would need a total of 20 workers ( required by law) for my eviction process. The day of my eviction, her workers showed up late. And there were only 12 people , not 20, which I paid for and was required to have present when the sheriff arrived. Her workers look like homeless people she picked up off the street at the last minute. They were urinating in my negihbhors's yards and completely unprofessional. My tenant ended up paying on the spot and therefore the eviction was canceled. I still had to pay her crew CASH full amount just for showing up and doing nothing. I immediately contacted her requesting a receipt be emailed to me for my record. She proceeded to say that she was out of town and will do it when she returned. OH, now all of sudden you're out of town. I contacted her the following week and she continued to give me excuses, saying she's not in the office (fake) and will do it when she returns. I called and left several messages pleading with her to provide me with a receipt to no avail. This "FAKE" company is garbage and highly recommend that they are not used for your eviction services. My next letter is to the Better Business Bureau.
