I almost hate to share.. This guy is awesome, fairly priced, and usually available! This is the third or fourth time I've called him in the past 5 years. I like that he answers his phone or calls back asap, then usually schedules to get over that day, or the next. He charges $69 for a service call, but seems to let that include quite a lot of labor once he is here, and his part prices seem very reasonable. We first met Eric with Primo Appliance the first year we had our place, and were covered by a Home Warranty. I suspect the warranty company had vetted him for his integrity and fair pricing. (He also gives discounts for seniors, repeat customers and landlords!) This time, he initially replaced an internal fuse. (Simplest, most inexpensive solution) The dryer worked fine for a few days, then stopped drying again. Eric knew the burner unit must be failing, to have burned out the new fuse so soon. He came back and replaced it, and only charged for the burner unit part, as he considered it all the same service call. By the way our dryer is about 15 years old, and he doesn't convey any snootiness that we haven't upgraded yet, like the guys from the big box store do.
