I have known Jim and his family/ brothers and sisters for years; we went to school together. Imagine my suprise when My family and I decided to buy a house in Lytton and discovered he had opened a meat processing plant! We like our different varieties of meat, like deer, lamb, rabbit,etc. He was able to tell us who had what so we could purchase it, and he would process it for us.He has reasonable prices, and will answer any questions you may have. I have found his products of better quality and cleaner then most grocery stores and other places I have gotten meat from. I have never had a tough cut of meat from him, and he always goes out of his way to make sure we are happy. Doug and I and the kids love his proffessionalism and the pride he takes in his work.
