Inexperienced office personnel handling rental applications at Oakwood Place Apts, located on Wadsworth @ Ledbetter, Dallas, TX. Initial application process begin on 1/12/13, inclusive of all monies due for application and rental for one month. All required documentation submitted. It is now 1/16/13 and the leassor (Oakwood Place) has not completed application in a timely manner. Cannot locate a website for Corporate, other than Rishon Mgmt Services in Irving TX. Will call the management office on 1/17/13 to solicit an explanation for the untimeliness of the process and retention of monies.Would not recommend Oakwood Place for rental as for reasons stated and the unnecessary required returns to the rental office by Lisa with no results.
