The Area's Leading Gift Shop and Toy Store We’re Silver Spider, and we’ve been a gift shop and toy store here in Mount Vernon, IA, since 2000. We specialize in unique gifts and toys, as well as one of a kind jewelry, and we also offer books, novelty socks, sunglasses, stickers, journals, and much more. When we started this business, our mission was to create somewhere to shop that is affordable and fun. We’re looking forward to partnering with Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Marion consumers to continue to offer a premier gift shop experience. We’d like to personally invite you to stop by to view our selection of novelty gifts, today! In addition to our normal hours, we're also available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays by appointment only.
