This company has terrible customer service. I went there for a haircut on 7/5. I purchased a styling product. The haircut was okay. The total I needed to pay was $50.00. They authorized my debit card TWICE! In this day and age, when people use their debit cards instead of cash, I find it totally reprehensible that a service provider would be this irresponsible. I am on a very tight budget and not having access to my funds for the past week has been an incredible hardship. I found out when I got back home that I didn't really need the product I purchased - I tried to return it - their policy is no returns on purchased products. They don't have a sign that states this. I wanted to speak to the manager Nicole about the double authorization - she never called me back. I finally tracked down the owner, Barb Congdon who hung up the phone on me!!! I know that I will eventually get access to the funds they tied up - but - that haircut cost me a small fortune. I have asked them for a full refund of the money I paid for all of the anguish they have put me thru. Stay away from this company!

I would never recommend this business.
