This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS! The guy Tim there don't communicate well at all. I placed an order & it took over a month to get it installed. Now I have sent several emails requesting warranty info & specs on the items ordered, over $1,500.00 worth plus another $1,000.00 for other services & TIM doesn't have time to help me. The man/unprofessional person hung up on me several times when I tell him 2 weeks is to long to receive simple info! PEOPLE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, Find another printing company in Houston, there are Many that will give the customer service that we all deserve!
