Advanced Eye care and its staff (including the doctor Sarbjit Virk) are making fool of all their customers by charging them fake supplies fee and taking extra eye exams even when we don't need them. I went to this doctor first time with my wife last year. To my surprise, Dr. Virk asked me to do full eye exam and various testing in a second visit and charged the insurance company for these visits. I kept of asking why do I need these exam but never go a clear answer. Till date they have been sending me bills for some supplies they used for eye exam. (Never heard of a hospital charging patients for tissue paper, and toilet paper.) Advanced eye care will charge for every thing. not only taht they will be very nice in front of you and then send you a bill after 45 days of service. To add to my grievences, 1- They gave wrong prescription for both me and my wife in first visit. 2- they again called me and gave me second prescription which was wrong too. 3- Their test machines are really old and outdated, and they charge for all these test machines even if they don't work. Finally, I never received a report of any of the eye exams. They charged $50 for a crapy frame and lens on top of insurance claim from VSP. It have been over 60 days that I have been requesting for a complte report of all eye exams they charged VSP insurance for. No luck so far. Avoid this Eye care clinic.
