I am a business professional and consult across the country with small and large businesses. I have gone to Sprint Connection Center for years because of the awesome customer service. This store sells Sprint products but is privately-owned rather than a company store, so it not only sells devices (I am not sure we can call them phones anymore), but also repairs them, and most importantly, it is all about customer service. The time, care and attention they take to explain and assist in analyzing everything is remarkable and essential for understanding what is increasingly complex communications and inter-relations between phones and internet (especially for people of a certain age, who did not grow up with this). You cannot get this at a kiosk or company store for any brand. Any business too small for its own IT department should use this place for its communications (must go elsewhere for computers, but phones are rapidly replacing/becoming computers, especially for smaller and entrepreneurial companies . . .) because it is like having your own communications department (except the people – owner Bryce Lauro, Melissa, Ashley and others -- are friendly and personable people who are not techie trolls or the usual bored or uninterested sales person . . . try it and you will see it is well worth going here rather than the mall.
