I would not recommend this carpet cleaning company. They quoted me one price over the phone then when they came out they charged more. They said the house was bigger than they thought. That is wrong. The house is very small. The bedrooms, and living room are small. The family room has only half the floor carpeted and I don't have stairs. The carpet is still dirty in some places. You can see clean areas next to dirty areas on the carpet. After the carpet dryed I vacuumed and I could hear my vacuum cleaner sucking up some sand out of the carpet where it had been spilled a while back. It was deep down in the carpet and their carpet cleaner could not pull it all up. Their machine is not very good. And, they didn't take very long cleaning the carpet. I feel as if they rushed through the house. I will not recommend this company to anyone nor will I use them again.
