I went to Riki's today for the first time. I was so impressed not only with the groomer but her services. She was extremely gentle with my dog who was large and had a lot of hair. She did everything from toenail cut, to washing out her & cleaning her ears, expunging her anal glands and of course bathing and clipping and everything that comes with it. I stayed with my dog at that time because I knew going to a new groomer that Josie would be afraid. And she had no problem with me staying. I would highly highly recommend this groomer, to me, she is the best in Fernley, Fallon or Reno. If I lived in Reno I would drive to Fernley to have her groom my dog, that's how impressed with her I was. I will be going back every couple of months to have Josie groomed. I suggest you try her. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.
