HORRIBLE. Do not live here! My boyfriend and I have had nothing but problems with this place. The size isn't too small for two, but the kitchen is basically useless. The air conditioner cools the bedroom a couple degrees, but it can get sweltering hot in the rest of the apartment during the summer. The management is TERRIBLE. I cannot say this enough! Completely unprofessional. The maintenance worker is an absolute idiot and doesn't come when he says he will, and puts forth no effort to do his job whatsoever. The management doesn't give hardly any notice and completely screws you over. We tried to renew our lease more than two months before our move-out date, and he said we were out of luck because all of the apartments were already leased (they never even gave us an idea of when to renew) and then kicked us out three days before the end of our last month, with only four days notice (we paid rent for the whole month). I know it sounds like a great deal on paper, but trust me, you will be VERY unhappy if you choose to live here.
