These people could care less about what goes on with those who have been reported. They feel that if you are reported to them then there could be no mistakes. So you either spend a year or more trying to prove you had paid something already or you just pay a simple $42 bill again. Here is the kicker, you pay that $42 bill again and it still does not come off of your credit report. They say they cannot remove it because of their contract but then admitted they can but won't. If you deal with Sara or Ashley just be prepared to get nowhere. Two of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with.
