I walked into Galleria to ask where the nearest hardware store was so that I could buy hooks to hang two paintings for my sister. The person working in the store was in conversation when I walked in, and he immediately turned to me and said "Hi, how can I help you?" I told him I was looking for hooks, and he asked what the dimensions of the paintings were. He then disappeared into a back room and almost instantly returned with 6 hooks with nails. He handed them to me and I asked "what do I owe you?" To which he replied "nothing." I am a collector (primarily of contemporary California oils, acrylics, and watercolors) and I was most favorably impressed by the response to my original request and the great customer (even though I bought nothing!) service. I live in Sonoma County and I can tell you that with respect to any future art-related purchases I will be making a trip to Galleria! Thanks, Galleria!
