Stay away from this company. We hired DPM to in stall our HVAC system, with 60% paid upfront. After a year, the work remained incomplete despite numerous requests for completion. We were forced to hire another contractor to complete the work. Other Issues include: 1 Delivered lower SEER-rated equipment than invoiced 2 Failed to meet SEER2 requirements due to delays 3 Left line sets uncapped, causing potential system damage After all that, DP sent us an invoice for the remaining 40%.
