I spoke to this company in Nv and then was transfered to their office in Tx, I spoke to a Mr. bryant and he refused to communicate with me, He said I owed him $291.06 I aggreed to pay him this amount only due to cost to me to perceed and prove this is not my account. He then said he doe's not want the funds and he will contenue to keep a out standing dept on my credit so it hurts me, How doe's this company stay in business, Not collecting but making threats, My final decision is I am filing a suit and this can be verified thrue, Fair Fax County District Court in Virginia and will be fileds on December 07, 2011 for review.
