Well, were do I begin, My grandmother had a good neighbor fence installed by Titan fence about a month ago. The price was fair, bit on the high side tho. The crew that was sent out destroyed her plants and shrubs. They use her garden hose to mix their cement and stoled it. Just rolled it up and put in on their truck!!!! They also broke 8 sprinklers, one that gushed for hours in till she had a plumber come out in the middle of the night. The men were cussing the whole time and when my grandma asked if they could adjust her gate a little for her they gave her a smart remark, and didn't even fix it. I had to come out and adjust it so she could get it to open. She called and spoke with the owner Jack or Jim I believe and he had the audacity to call her a lier!!!! Now they won't even return her calls!!! They got one star because the fence looks nice. But still over priced , rude, unprofessional and it seems the whole company has no morals.
