Renting an apartment in New York City is so stressful! I honestly cannot thank Sam enough for keeping me level headed at times and for guiding me through and not giving up on me even though I actually walked away from a deal Sam had gotten for me because I thought I had found better and then was taken for a ride by another broker. Sam is brutally honest because he has been doing it for so long and he really knows his stuff and once you learn that you will never use any other broker again.
