I recently had a great experience with Brady Roofing. I called Mark the morning we woke up after a rainstorm and noticed that water had leaked from our ceiling onto our dining room table. I knew from when we bought the house that we were due for a new roof but was thinking that a patch would be needed until he could fit us in for a full replacement, likely later in the summer. Mark called me back almost right away, asked me my schedule, and was able to accomodate me by coming by the next morning at 6:45 am to look things over. When I answered the door that morning, he had already walked around and looked everything over. Our roof was so bad that he told us doing a patch would be costly and couldn't guarantee that the issue would be resolved as the leak could be coming in from anywhere (our roof was estimated at 25 years old since it had no weatherstipping under the shingles and was worn all over). Since we knew a new roof was needed anyway, he recommended a full replacement, stripping and hauling away the old, installing weatherstripping, etc. and his price was more reasonable than I had ever expected it would be (this was my first roof replacement as a homeowner, so I only had what friends had told me theirs had cost as a guide). Mark's price was half of what I had thought it would cost. Also, he squeezed us in as soon as he could since we were taking on water, and did the entire job in one day. The new roof looks great and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
