DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT USE this company!!! After asking to fix another problem he created, he literally text me and told me "I'm done" and when warned I'd report to the BBB and take him to court, he replied "good". Seriously? He messed up and he doesn't want to fix the issues he's created? Originally called out to fix a dripping outdoor faucet and redo master bathroom caulking. After letting the caulking dry a day longer than he directed, after three weeks, the caulk starting peeling off, rolling away and looking like lasagna noodles. Had to be called back out two months later for a leak somewhere behind a wall in the EXACT same spot he did repairs. Turned out it was a hairline fracture that magically appeared after he replaced the pipe. Changed our sprinkler pipe location without asking, nor was it even a reason he was called out, and I just realized today one of my sprinkler zones has been leaking for two days. When I turned off the valve he installed (again, without asking or my knowing), the water stopped leaking. When asked to come out a 3rd time to fix this newest issue he said no. He has his $400 in all and now I have pools of water, a broken valve and a pipe that continues to drip because when he moved my pipe, the original problem sprung up again. His solution? A gold cap on the faucet nozzle...that continues to leak. All I wanted was my sprinkler fixed, which he moved and broke, and he told me to "leave him alone"
