I had a terrible experience with the website of TeamSports (1soccerstore.com). I had cancelled an order immediately after ordering from them. I received no response from their customer service. When speaking to Mark (their internet supervisor), he was incredibly rude and gruff making statements such as, "it's not as simple as you imagine where a person sits in a tiny room and waits to receive orders. If you stopped telling me how disatisfied you are...you put in the order and that's it, I don't know what to tell you." I can not believe there is a store that has such terrible customer service. There is not allowance for cancellation even a minute after ordering. On top of that any returns require a re-stocking and shipment charge. I would recommend AGAINST ordering from this store.
