They removed my old tint from the rear window and ruined my rear window defroster. I asked them in advance if this would cause damage. Answer was no. They would not call back when voice mails were left twice. I visited them in person and they said they would call back Friday with an answer. No call. Do not take your car to these people. My mistake.
