Worst company I have ever dealt with. Long stroy short, the Owner finally came out to look at the unit his company had installed 4 months prior that had leaked through our celing 3 times within a month. Everytime we were told our lines were clogged and that they had cleaned them out, hmmm, every a/c people I talk to say there is not way they should clogg 3 times in one month, especially with a brand new unit inside and out. The owner finally came out and made several changes to the installation, like repairng ducts his techs had left leaking into our attic. Cleaned the lines again as they were clogged again. Told us he would have installed the unit the same as his techs did and there was nothing wrong but said he didnt know why it was leaking and told us "I am trying not to get frustrated with you." Now I have a new unit that leaks through my celing, hotel bills as they took their time to come out each time in 95+ degree heat, not to mention the whole in my celing.
