Hello Sirs, I am not sure if I am contacting the correct establishment. My buisness concerns a complaint referencing the Premier 12 Theater located in the Fashion Square Mall in Orlando, Florida. I visited to see Abe Lincoln.... Screen room 14 was hot. I advised the manager and he said the air conditioning would start when the movie sarts. The movie start time was 7:35pm, Turs, 7/19/2012. I left my seat again to inform the box offiice clerk of the time, (7:50pm), and she said the movie just stared. The air cinditioning never turned on and if not for my kids, i would have gotten a refund and proceeded to a Blockbuster Video store.
