My goal is to provide you with the skills to gain a positive outlook on life and better understanding of your goals, relationships and values. Therapy often provides insight on all types of issues including problem solving, growth, coping strategies, stress, anxiety, depression, conflict resolution and ongoing relationship issues. I provide extra support and guidance during these challenging times so you are able to start the healing process. Often, great strides can be made in as little as six sessions. My approach is to listen as people talk about what is not working in their lives, help them to imagine how they want things to be instead and coach them in making these changes that they want. I chose to get a Master in Social Work over 30 years ago and became a licensed marriage and family therapist. I continue to enjoy helping adult individuals and couples.
