John V. Imhof abuses elderly women who have dementia. He is known to have falsified documents, given perjurious testimony and is suspected of manslaughter in the case of at least one person he claimed was a client. "Jack" Imhof is not to be trusted by anyone under any circumstances. He has been known to fabricate testimony, documents, forge signatures, powers of attorney, wills and whatever else he can in order to get his hands on the remaining assets of his victims.. The fact that he still has a law license is a testament to the endemic corruption of the legal profession and the courts in this area. Nevertheless, he is under investigation for these crimes by the New York State Inspector General's office as well as the New York State Bar Association.
