Develops, Manufactures, and Markets natural and synthetic based antioxidant stabilizers for human food, pet and animal food, and industrial markets. Oxidation is the major cause of deterioration of food and feed products which contain proteins, fats and oils, because it is one of the main causes of rancidity in these products. Oxidation is a "weak point" of almost all fats and vegetable oils, even those containing natural antioxidants. Amalfi Ingredients specially formulated antioxidant stabilizers act as a barrier to the oxidation process. Amalfi Ingredients Antioxidant Stabilizers are sold under various trade names, and are added to Animal Proteins, Biodiesel, Cosmetics, Fats, Food Ingredients, Pet Foods, Animal Feed, Vegetable Oils including: Soybean Oil, Canola Oil, and Corn Oil to prevent oxidation rancidity. Amalfi Ingredients manufactures all formulas in the U.S., and exports both liquid and dry products throughout the globe.
