Providing outpatient and residential services to individuals with behavioral health conditions. Starlight provides behavioral health sevrices in the home and community setting to individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities under the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver program. We also provide outpatient mental health services including assessment, therapy, medication management and assertive community treatment (ACT) under the supervision of a Board Certified Psychiatrist. Starlight maintains a 3 bed adult MR/DD crisis unit partly funded by a grant agreement with the State of West Virginia. We also provide ABA therapy under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Starlight also ofrers ABA camps throughout the summer for children with autism and is a certified SibShop provider. SibShops are workshops for the siblings of people with disabilities.
