Starlight provides behavioral health sevrices in the home and community setting to individuals with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities under the Title XIX MR/DD Waiver program. We also provide outpatient mental health services including assessment, therapy, medication management and assertive community treatment (ACT) under the supervision of a Board Certified Psychiatrist. Starlight maintains a 3 bed adult MR/DD crisis unit partly funded by a grant agreement with the State of West Virginia. We also provide ABA therapy under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Starlight also ofrers ABA camps throughout the summer for children with autism and is a certified SibShop provider. SibShops are workshops for the siblings of people with disabilities.
