I have had an AWFUL experience with this company. I purchased a portable hot tub in August 2012. So far I have had them replace the motor three times. I had to ship the entire tub back once. Now I have tried to purchase a new motor through them. They took my money quick enough for the new motor but shipped me a refurbished motor and it did not work at all. I have sent that back and have been waiting two weeks for an answer on when my new motor will ship. I can never get in contact with anyone. No one returns calls. No one has any answers when you do get them to answer. So I have had a very large, very useless piece of vinyl laying around without a motor for about two months now. My next step is the better business bureau and the attorney generals office. I have paid over 800 dollars so far and have nothing to show for it. Couldnt be more disappointed.
