Slumlords mold leaks left me without bathroom for 3 days

Are you kidding leave a good comment right PMR properties should all be turned into the health department they rent out homes with leaking basements cockroach invested n bed bugs to boot their place stink to high hell I'm surprised noone gets hurt viewing their properties their home on Madison ave has mold thru out the basement n a large pool sitting outside also house on 2207 ave E was a drug needle inside home no place for anyone to live they half ass clean up their properties leave trash everywhere I think city needs to look into their rental properties really needs taken care of asap I've heard health department is on their asses well more needs done with their shit holes clean up places before u advertise them wtf just making money off people there's more than just sitting on your asses do something or you just might find yourself with a lawsuit also home on Madison ave in council bluffs railing is bout to fall off do something no one wants ur shit holes only desperate druggies

Completely agree with Linda. We recently started renting with them. In april. We put in a request as soon as we signed the lease to get a stove knob, she said it will be there within 2 weeks. We didn't receive one til the middle of June and it isn't even the right one. And at the beginning of May when the rain started, our basement started caving in and our roof started leaking. We let them know the following morning. It is now July and they still haven't sent anyone out to even look at it. We had to threaten to call the city to get them to even consider it. Poorly managed and their houses are fixed to to just pass the inspection. Bare minimum I would NOT recommend them to anybody I know.
