We Process All Wild Game all year round
We process all wild game, deer, elk hogs, duck. Cut into steaks and roast we make 5 types of fresh sausages. Mild, Spicy, Hot, Italian, Cajun and also a Smoke Sausage. Our tamales have been the subject of magazine articles as well as our signature Cajun Po Boy. We also make Venison, eggs and bacon sausage, summer sausage, cotto salami, jalapeno and cheese sausage and jerky. We have been in business since 1984 offering quality and service.
