Mark Poirier (the owner) showed up almost an hour late for the appraisal, he missed the bank dateline to submit the appraisal by several days which was very unprofessional. The appraisal itself was a joke. The report had many errors of the basic items like square footage of the house and size of the lot. It seems that he rushed to do this appraisal and didn’t do much research. Pretty much the entire report was incorrect. He didn't do due diligence to me and to the bank. Waste of time and money. My husband and I owned many properties and we had many appraisals over the years and this one by far the worse appraisal we ever had. I would never recommend this person

Had enough of this guy! He is one unreliable, high priced jerk that will not complete his work and only responds when he needs payment!! Buyer's totally pissed at this Mark Poirier!!
