I DON'T recommend choosing this daycare for your child, unless you just don't care who your child is left with. From the moment my son joined this daycare we were told we had to call and get on a wait list for the other school. I was asked weekly when I will be off the wait list so my son could go elsewhere. I was spoken to with nothing but disrespect and attitude. The same went for my 5 yr old child. I had gone to the director of the program several times, and nothing was ever done about the rude way her staff spoke to me. There was several occasions I actually left the facility emotionally and physically upset, crying and shaking because of the way I was spoken to. On a daily basis my son was "written up" and then I was told he needed to seek help. My child was treated as though he was a diseased child with major behavioral issues. I had never had an issue prior to this, and I have been a parent for 12 years. I am astonished by the way the staff speaks to you, and that it is tolerated. Something needs to be done about this facility. I am aware of another mother that to also pull their child from the same facility for the same reason. Unless you can handle being spoken to as if you and your child was a scum bag by a stuck up miserable teacher, than I highly suggest looking elsewhere for daycare. My child lasted about 5 months there and I had no choice but to remove him because nothing will get done. The director seems scared of the teacher and allows her to run the show!
