We lost one of our keyless entry keys to our Chrysler 300. After calling 7 different locksmiths in the area, 3 of them referred me to Berkeley Locksmith. I called and asked how much it was to program and cut 2 keys for my Chrysler, he said 70.00 for both. After checking around for a cheaper rate as that was high, I ended up going to him on 10-9-13 at 4 p.m. When I walked in, he didn't even acknowledge my presence, finally after a few minutes a young man asked if I needed something, I explained that I had called in and talked to Willie and that I needed 2 keys cut and programmed. Three men ended up working on my keys to try to get them working (earlier in the day I had ONE of the keys cut at Ace Hardware so he only had to cut ONE key. After an hour of being there with not one word spoken to me as I waited in his shop, he again wouldn't even look at me and was explaining that he felt the keys I brought to him (even though brand new) were faulty and couldn't be programmed (explaining this to his employee that was working on my car, I was sitting to his left) So I asked them if they would wright something stating that he felt the keys were faulty on a letterhead (they did) and out of the kindness of my heart I asked if I owed them anything for their time and of course for cutting ONE of the keys. He stated 40.00! I thought that was a bit high for the service I got but reluctantly gave him my debit card. After the payment went through, Willie called the employee ringing me up and
