I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND NORTHERN MANAGEMENT OR FOUNTAIN CIR APARTMENTS. I WAS TOLD NOT TO BOTHER SHAMPOOING CARPET AS THEY WERE GOING TO REPLACE IT ANYWAYS. THEN THEY CHARGED ME $100. I HAVE BEEN LIED TOO REPEATEDLY IN MY DEALINGS WITH THEM. IN THE COLD WEATHER MY DOOR NEVER STAYED SHUT OR LOCKED AND HAD THEM LOOK AT IT AND TO BE TOLD NOTHING WAS EVER WRONG. WAS ONLY GIVEN ONE KEY AND WHEN I MOVED OUT WAS CHARGED TO REKEY PLACE SINCE I DIDNT RETURN ALL OF MY KEYS. I WILL NEVER EVER GIVE A POSITIVE RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS PLACE. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!

I would strongly advise NOT renting from this company. First and foremost, it is primarily managed by a woman who is a racist. Shortly after Northern Management reinstated its ownership over the Reid Terrace Apartment Complex, its current manager somehow managed to find a reason to evict every single resident of African American decent. She furthermore gave them no longer than a week's notice to evacuate the premises on grounds that may or may not have fallen within the realm of legal, but ethically were anything but. The woman to which I am referring shows little to no compassion toward those who come to her in moments of crisis, single mom's especially. And don't even get me started on what little empathy she has toward the middle and lower class. The rules residents are expected to follow are prehistoric and severly outdated. The building might as well be a nursing home as that would be so much more suitable.
