Not very satisfied with the service. Very little training material was provided, the given training material was not at all sufficient to even complete the end of module exams required for the 35 hour Project Management (PM) education certificate, and the requirements for obtaining the certificate are not so easy to complete. ProXalt requires the PMBOK to complete the course, but does not provide a copy of it. The course required PMBOK 4 (at the time of taking the course) but the PMI had for some months prior already released PMBOK 5 and used that for the PMP exam, so the ProXalt course was already out of date. The training materials include a brief set of presentation of slides with a voice-over for each module, which covers an overview of a section in the PMBOK, as well as a brief timed exam for each module and a longer final exam. The exams must be passed within 3 attempts or one has to pay $35 again. The training materials provided are not at all sufficient to complete the challenging exams. ProXalt discloses some, but not all, details of how the course is run before purchase. The course is affordable, but there are more comprehensive, and flexible, yet still affordable, options available for PM study.
