My refrigerator went out in the middle of the summer last year, so I called B & B appliance. John walked me through some prelim troubleshooting and decided that a service visit was required. I live outside of their servicing territory, but they made an exception and scheduled an appt. John arrived at the expected time and found that the starter relay needed to be replaced. A few moments later and my icebox was back in business! John was very professional and the charged rate was very economy friendly. I will definitely be calling him again for any future appliance issues I encounter!
