Metro Disposal has fallen on its own sword and lost a customer with in 6-8 weeks of starting curbside trash collection. Trash pick up was not consistent on a weekly basis and Metro Disposal representatives argued that the trash had been adequately picked up when it was not. Trash has sat for many days or a week at a time. The company responded to a pick up complaint by returning the next day to pick up one of 3 trash containers in front of the house and left all remaining rubbish sit as is. The Metro disposal staff member said I was not an account they wish to continue to serve. Problem resolved with Waste Management. No recommendation to offer because of absolutely poor service and customer relations. I would discourage anyone from using there service.
