My family went in to eat at the Lucky Dragon tonight. The wait staff were very quick to serve, probably because the place was empty...that should have been our sign. We got a plate of food, the noodles were hard, the buffet pans were hardly full, the food was lukewarm and tasted as if it were warmed over from the day before. We spent a total of 10-minutes sitting at our table. I thought my husband went to complain, but on our way out of the parking lot found out he paid full price and said nothing. When I returned to complain I was bribed to take a gift certificate to return. When I chose that was not sufficient, as I wasn't going to come back to eat warmed over food, I was astounded to find management was offended a woman was complaining to him. "No woman ever talk this way to me" end quote. He was only willing to refund half of the bill and when I told him the food sucked he followed me out the door calling me a F-ing Bit-ch. I also saw a waitress putting a jug of what appeared to be juice in the ice machine...hope you don't have ice in your drink there is no telling what else they put in there. I NEVER complain. I am not an irrational person. It took all I had to go back in there and tell them how unsatisfied I was with their food. Needless to say I will never return and definately don't recommend even giving it a chance.
