Do not hire this guy. It has been 76 days and still no plans. Paid upfront for services promised within 6-10 days. Plans were already done when we contacted him. Just wanted them into format the City of Hillsboro would accept... we're still waiting. Repeatedly Scott would make specific promises when parts of plans would be done but nothing would get delivered. Would take many days to return phone calls or emails.
