User BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This company was used to do an appraisal on my house. My house is a 2 story, brick front, 5 bedroom house, fully updated with granite, new vanity, NEW Pergo Timber Craft flooring, 600 sqft deck, of which, 336 sqft is screened with a 2 year old hot tub. The house sits on a cul-de-sac lot with almost a 1/2 acre. This company thought it would be an awesome idea to use multiple, basic, 3 bedroom homes as some of the comp's. This resulted in my house being appraised as THE CHEAPEST 5 bedroom house in a 25 mile radius of Powdersville, where the house is located. My wife and I built this house 20 years ago and are the original owners. Everything i am saying is backed up by the "appraisal" that I have in my hands. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR HOUSE AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!
