I happened to take a look at Lil's dress earlier (2:30) to look at the alterations. looks great. i noticed the dress is very wrinkled and prom is tomorrow. I called Demotte Cleaners to see if I could get them to help me. Whomever answered the phone was so incredibly rude! I understand it is very last minute but the mock sympathy mixed with did you get the alterations here question really upset me. I did not know they did alterations and will make sure to NEVER get any work done there. or to NEVER give them any more of my business/money. After 20 + years of patronage I am done with them with one rude and mocking phone call. If you are sorry then you should act sorry, instead of mocking your customers! I understand an emergency on my part is not an emergency on your part. KARMA !!!!!!
