Absolutely horrendous. Waited 17 days for a book that I am just going to return tomorrow, and have to pay for postage both ways plus a 15% restocking fee. Though, nothing is worse than the customer service. Surely their computerized responses could be more informative and not blatantly ignore my questions. Terrible, frustrating, not worth your time or business. Verify your seller on Amazon/Barnes & Noble/etc. Caveat emptor!
