If i could I will rate zero stars , very rude, aggressive people on the phone, they don't let you speak to a manager or supervisor and hang up the phone . They don't provide accurate information about HIPPA regulations. I spoke to joyce she literally hung up the phone twice. She said no manager or supervisor was there to help me. I will report to BBB and health department , If I would have not called about my results they would have never sent them to my doctors office.
