As a current resident of over 4 in the process of moving out, by my own choice, the only things I can say are BEWARE OF CONS AND ACTS OF VIOLENCE BY THE ON SITE MANAGER!!!! DO A BACKGROUND CHECK ON HIM!!!!!!!!!!! TRUST ME!!!!!! You do NOT want him around your women or children!!!!!!!! (two words: san quinten) He viciously attacked me yesterday in my own lot without provocation, and it was a sucker attack in which I never had any chance to defend myself.
