Still awaiting the outcome of a problem that we have with Designs Plus, but so far the owners are of the mindset that they can't possibly make a mistake, and if there is cabinetry or molding that do not fit in the space that THEY measured, even AFTER our installer spent over 10 days making MOST of it fit- scribing and other feats of wonder to EVERY cabinet, when the final molding does NOT fit, they can't even bother to see the big picture- a small replacement moulding to make a customer happy or even a statement of "We will figure this out and make sure you are happy" never mind that the sink THEY told us to order is not able to be used, according to the countertop people(that they recommended) another 450. bucks wasted. these people are ones to STAY AWAY From if you don't want to be treated like YOU are crazy when things don't fit. and it's supposed to be custome
